Becoming Better Ancestors: 9 Lesson Documentary Series
Becoming Better Ancestors: 9 Lessons to Change the World
Role: Art Director
I had the honor of serving as the art director for Becoming Better Ancestors: 9 Lessons to Change the World, a virtual learning series developed by Lexicon Strategies in collaboration with esteemed public health leaders Dr. Bill Foege and Dr. Mark Rosenberg. This project draws on the successful eradication of smallpox to provide a framework for addressing contemporary global health challenges.
In this role, I was responsible for:
Art directing the visual identity of the series, including designing logos, infographics, and other branding elements, to create a cohesive project visually.
Designing all motion storyboards/frames, and working with the producers, film editors and motion designer to deliver the 9 total video lessons, and intro.
Collaborating with stakeholders to craft engaging visuals that effectively convey the nine key lessons.
Designing the supporting marketing pieces and curriculum lesson guide.
This project was co-produced with the Center for Global Health Innovation and features interviews with 29 experienced global health leaders, offering a blueprint for future public health strategies.
